Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock items, we strive to ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Shipping costs are free.
NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota or Puerto Rico. If you would like to process an order and live in these areas, please contact service@tehomemirrors.com for a custom shipping quote.
RETURN POLICIES
TEHOME accepts returns for most of our items which is within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email service@tehomemirrors.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.
Once your order has been processed, usually within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order and return policies for that particular item will prevail. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States only. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer.
Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse.
Made-to-order items and close out deals are not eligible.
Made to Order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours. Please contact service@tehomemirrors.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to make repairs by a reputable furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note once placed pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, since the made to items are produced based on each customer's specific requirement, and we are not able to re-sell to other customers.

If placing an order during the Holidays (November 20th through December 24th), products which qualify for a return may be returned anytime before January 8th of the following year.

This was a great addition to a secondary bathroom glow up! Good quality and, though inexpensive, does not look cheap. The cabinet box is square and well made (another mfr makes sloppy rhombuses) and the mirror swings well without hitting the wall. Surprising how many crappy medicine cabinets are designed so poorly their mirrors hit the wall when opened.This is solid design and manufacturing and looks stunning. So happy with it and would highly recommend.

This was a great option for replacing an original medicine cabinet from 1940s home. Basic but good quality and the oval design is a nice touch. I would purchase again!
we purchased a pair for our guest bathroom with double sink. These are chic, providing a different look from the traditional rectangular medicine cabinet. We're very happy with the quality and value.

Our rough opening was 15” so we decided to purchase this cabinet as it was roughly 3.5” deep (excluding the attached “trim” edge) and is ~13.75” wide so we only had to add some narrow shims to the sides of the rough opening. The attached trim edge overhangs/covers the sheetrock edge and therefore hides any imperfections. It also allows for a 1” gap between the mirror and the wall so you can get your fingers behind the mirror in order to open it. During the installation we found it useful to create a level bottom ledge with a horizontal 2x4 to allow for easier installation.This is a heavy quality mirror that’s definitely not flimsy. It has a strong magnet that keeps the mirror closed and is long … so if you live with someone tall, you don’t have to fight over the installation height.I really like this mirror and would definitely purchase it again. If you plan to install it yourself, recommend you measure, measure and measure and brush up on your sheetrock and putty skills. It was a fun bonding project. 🤷🏻♀️ Hope this info helps in your decision making process.

I love this mirror! The price is great. It’s a bit heavy when opening/closing but it’s sleek and modern. Exactly what I wanted.
This is an extremely well built mirror. The glass door is heavy (in a good way). No cheap components.I suggest installing this at your matching height. I'm 6' 2" and have the top of the mirror installed 6' 2" off the ground. This allows me to see above my head, all the way to the sink at the bottom. Great for seeing your clothing as a last check before heading to work.
I was skeptical to order since this particular mirror only had 5 reviews, but I'm glad I did because it is perfect ! It was packaged nicely and safe with no damage and it fit in our recessed cut out perfectly. It is beautiful in our space !

I love the look of this mirror in my bathroom! The inside shelves are not sturdy and need to be adjusted occasionally. I would recommend this mirror.
