Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock items, we strive to ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Shipping costs are free.
NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota or Puerto Rico. If you would like to process an order and live in these areas, please contact service@tehomemirrors.com for a custom shipping quote.
RETURN POLICIES
TEHOME accepts returns for most of our items which is within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email service@tehomemirrors.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.
Once your order has been processed, usually within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order and return policies for that particular item will prevail. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States only. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer.
Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse.
Made-to-order items and close out deals are not eligible.
Made to Order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours. Please contact service@tehomemirrors.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to make repairs by a reputable furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note once placed pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, since the made to items are produced based on each customer's specific requirement, and we are not able to re-sell to other customers.

We love it. Purchased as a part of our bathroom remodel along with a Modway 24" vanity, Forious faucet set and Nexus peel & stick terrazzo-like tile. We LOVE our new bathroom. This medicine cabinet offers plenty of space, with two adjustable-height glass shelves inside. It's deep enough for all our sundries - including cough medicine and band-aid boxes that were too big for our last medicine cabinet. The mirror size is large and the rounded corners make it look sleek and modern.
Great medicine cabinet for the price. My only issue with it and the reason why I started writing this review was because the magnets were a bit too strong and caused the door to slam. Upon inspecting more closely though, I realized that the magnets weren't physically attached to the cabinet frame And could be freely moved around/adjusted. There were three round magnets stuck to the back and all I had to do was slide two of the magnets back closer to the hinge and was able to get the softer close I was hoping for. Sometimes simpler/ cheaper designs are better
As far as quality, function and installation, we are very happy with this medicine cabinet/mirror. The item arrived well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Installation was a breeze and it fit right in the space of our old one. The magnetic latch is strong and storage space meets out needs. My only "complaint" is that the shelves sit on adjustable/moveable metal clips that aren't very secure and easily pull out. Overall, this product was a good value find!
Purchased for the kids bathroom and it looks great. My daughter loves how much it holds. It seems to be made well and is very sturdy. Will be purchasing two more for my own bathroom.
The medicine cabinet is the one on the right (but notice how great these two match!!) This was the only one we could find with the unusual dimensions we needed in our older bathroom remodel. The fit was perfect with minimal cuts/shims. Looks great!!
I was actually impressed with the quality of this medicine cabinet. It is solid metal construction, mirror, trim is heavy duty. Continuous door hinge is solid.I trimmed out edges with wood and used in surface mount but it is designed for recessed install.
These new modern medicine cabinets are amazing. The mirror is recessed into the wall and looks like a regular vanity mirror. We purchased them for our recent bathroom update. Our contractor was blown away with the quality and we love the extra storage.

I love this mirror. It is the perfect size for over my bathroom vanity. The magnet is strong so you do have to give it a little pull to open, but it closes great and stays closed. Black metal looks great as well.

These are sturdy, heavy duty medicine cabinets. We mounted them recessed but they can be mounted any other way. The mirror doors are very heavy and it they do make a sound when you close them but it does not bother us.

It was super fast delivered on time and I loved design and quality of the mirror. But the closing magnetic is not strong enough to close the cabinet.mirror is not completely closed, but I will keep it cuz design is perfect.
