SHIPPING POLICIES
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock items, we strive to ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Shipping costs are free.
NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota or Puerto Rico. If you would like to process an order and live in these areas, please contact service@tehomemirrors.com for a custom shipping quote.
RETURN POLICIES
TEHOME accepts returns for most of our items which is within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email service@tehomemirrors.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.
Once your order has been processed, usually within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order and return policies for that particular item will prevail. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States only. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer.
Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse.
Made-to-order items and close out deals are not eligible.
Made to Order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours. Please contact service@tehomemirrors.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to make repairs by a reputable furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note once placed pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, since the made to items are produced based on each customer's specific requirement, and we are not able to re-sell to other customers.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW
If placing an order during the Holidays (November 20th through December 24th), products which qualify for a return may be returned anytime before January 8th of the following year.

Love this mirror! We needed something different because we have a window behind the vanity and this was such a fun change from the classic mirror for the space. We have 10ft ceilings so the other option from the ceiling didn't look right in the space. This one looks great!

Great mirror, finicky installation but our walls aren't flat nor straight nor at the same angles.Perfect for corner installations like ours where if we put a mirror in the middle nobody can use it while over the sink.Pros: Design is awesome, beveled edges on the mirror really give it an upscale look. Heavy duty hardware and glass, it's hefty and 'feels' like it's high quality.Cons: Slight imperfection on the black edge but not enough to deduct a star I don't think.Slightly high price but the quality is there. Installation is Hard unless you disassemble the entire thing.Overall VERY please with how these turned out. This is the biggest one we could order i wish there was an even larger size but that's a future problem.
Love this mirror. Works perfectly in concert with our slanted ceiling, allowing a short/tall couple to both use it! Been in place 18-months without issue. Make sure you don‘t take any shortcuts when you install it, as the mirror by design will need to rotate. You want the installation to be rock solid and level. Was a great solution at a reasonable price. Well made, with good installation instructions. Would be nice if a lighted version had been available.

The master bath in the house we bought is kind of weird in that the vanity is under a window, with a little wall space on either side of the window, and all tucked in between a cabinet and a wall. These mirrors are perfect because they stand away from the wall, thus closer to your face, and they swivel to get out of the way a little when needed. They will swivel 360 but the back is black (would be very wonderful if the back were a magnifying mirror, but no). Make sure you have room for the full rotation. Hanging them is not too bad. They come with a template to mark wall. Don’t try to hang the frame while the mirror is attached, but do leave some flexibility until the mirror is securely attached. One other thing to note is that we saved money by ordering the “used - very good” version, and they were fine after returning twice (once for cracked mirror and once because the wrong color was sent). Happy with purchase (would be even happier if offered in brushed nickel, but oh well!).

This is wonderful! Adjusts easily and stays where I put it. You do need plenty of space in room to walk around it because it protrudes 9 3/8 inches to 15 3/4 inches out from wall.

Great mirror, cheap anchor screws that strip when you are trying to put them in… I highly recommend buying the mirror, but I would use a higher quality wall anchor
