Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock items, we strive to ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Shipping costs are free.
NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota or Puerto Rico. If you would like to process an order and live in these areas, please contact service@tehomemirrors.com for a custom shipping quote.
RETURN POLICIES
TEHOME accepts returns for most of our items which is within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email service@tehomemirrors.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.
Once your order has been processed, usually within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order and return policies for that particular item will prevail. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States only. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer.
Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse.
Made-to-order items and close out deals are not eligible.
Made to Order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours. Please contact service@tehomemirrors.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to make repairs by a reputable furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note once placed pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, since the made to items are produced based on each customer's specific requirement, and we are not able to re-sell to other customers.

First time we ordered it the mirror had a weird rust /stain on it, reordered and the second unit was fine. Other than that it is seemingly high quality and has a good feel to it.
Very strong magnets! Closes with a solid thud. I added two felt pads at top and bottom and that helped a lot. Solid construction and would recommend the product.

Honestly a great product! Deducted a star because the shelves are a bit dodgy and can be wobbly. The supports that hold them up are flimsy at best. But they mirrors look beautiful in my bathroom!
When I tell you that I’m OBSESSED with this medicine cabinet I’m not even exaggerating! We just re did our very small bathroom and we have never had a medicine cabinet before. When I was trying to design the bathroom I loved the idea of having a medicine cabinet but most of the time they are not stylish at all and they can be very bulky as well. I actually originally bought a mirror for the bathroom because it had the farmhouse feel that I was looking for but then it ended up being too big so I started scrolling Amazon to see if I could find something else when I came across this! I was so excited because it is the exact style/color I was looking for! It wasn’t bulky at all but it would add some much needed storage in our extremely small bathroom! My father in law installed it with no problem at all and I love it so much! It is so sturdy and well put together plus it looks AMAZING! I couldn’t be any happier!!!
I purchased two of these for my master bath, and they are absolutely perfect. Solid, well-made and look luxurious. I love the glass shelves inside and the depth of these cabinets. They are a little deeper than what we had before but fit perfectly in the same opening as the old ones. That little bit of extra depth makes them hold a lot more. I’m considering purchasing them for other bathrooms in my house now that I know how nice they are.

I love my new medicine cabinet.
I bought 2 of these medicine cabinets and love them. They look great in the bathroom we are remodeling. These were what I was looking for and a better price then what I was finding at the hardware stores in my area.
Size wasn’t up to spec. The mirror at the bottom has a gap between the front frame. Luckily I knew how to repair, cut and paste around the sizing. You should purchase some sturdier screws that are dark so they don’t stand out.

I was looking for a recessed vanity for a very small full bath that my teenagers use and this was perfect. You have the option of hanging it recessed into the wall or not, but the recessed way save so much space and it‘s such a nice feature to have in a bathroom.
