Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock items, we strive to ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Shipping costs are free.
NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota or Puerto Rico. If you would like to process an order and live in these areas, please contact service@tehomemirrors.com for a custom shipping quote.
RETURN POLICIES
TEHOME accepts returns for most of our items which is within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email service@tehomemirrors.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.
Once your order has been processed, usually within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order and return policies for that particular item will prevail. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States only. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer.
Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse.
Made-to-order items and close out deals are not eligible.
Made to Order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours. Please contact service@tehomemirrors.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to make repairs by a reputable furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note once placed pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.

Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, since the made to items are produced based on each customer's specific requirement, and we are not able to re-sell to other customers.

This fully assembled cabinet arrived safely! The cabinet is nicely made and heavy. It took a group of 3 of us to lift the cabinet and place it as we wanted. Worth the money though- high quality and minimal needed before install!
The medicine cabinet is heavy so it took me and another to get it placed. It looks great and helps bring the bathroom together.

Great design and lots of storage.
The cabinet is very sturdy and beautiful. Only downfall is the way the doors open, my fault for not paying closer attention. You can‘t look in a 3 way mirror with this one, but nonetheless it’s beautiful in my bathroom remodel!
My contractor told me that I needed a 36-inch Medicine Cabinet to fit perfectly in a precut insert. This cabinet was perfect for the spot.

As others have stated, this cabinet is heavy so ensure you have adequate framing. There‘s lots of storage.
The manufacturer should include trim as part of the package to properly finish thee edges. Thankfully, one of the skilled tradesman working on my bathroom reno knew what was needed.
I also found the pegs for the shelves are too long. When pegs are inserted on the right hand side of the shelves behind the left most mirror, the left hand pegs behind the 2nd mirror pop out!

Slightly janky. One door sits lower than the others, another door wasn't staying shut till we messed with the screws (it comes preassembled). But it looks nice and works well. Just make sure you have someone really handy helping you install it.
