SHIPPING POLICIES
Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock items, we strive to ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Shipping costs are free.
NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota or Puerto Rico. If you would like to process an order and live in these areas, please contact service@tehomemirrors.com for a custom shipping quote.
RETURN POLICIES
TEHOME accepts returns for most of our items which is within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email service@tehomemirrors.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.
Once your order has been processed, usually within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order and return policies for that particular item will prevail. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States only. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer.
Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse.
Made-to-order items and close out deals are not eligible.
Made to Order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours. Please contact service@tehomemirrors.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to make repairs by a reputable furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note once placed pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, since the made to items are produced based on each customer's specific requirement, and we are not able to re-sell to other customers.

If placing an order during the Holidays (November 20th through December 24th), products which qualify for a return may be returned anytime before January 8th of the following year.

This made my renovated bathroom complete. Great quality.
We had a huge builder grade mirror in our master bath. I always look at Pottery Barn for inspiration, but see if I can find a similar style on Amazon. Beautiful mirror and a perfect dupe for PB. My husband installed them, and I didn‘t hear too many complaints. The mirrors came with templates for hanging. The hard part was getting our old mirror down.
Very easy to install and elevates our bathroom very much. This mirror is the perfect solution to a bathroom with tile or wall treatments. We have shiplap with a trim board on our bathroom wall and it would have been very difficult to install a traditional mirror as it would not have sat flush with the wall treatments.This mirror has withstood steam and use by a 12 year old boy in his primary bathroom and still looks brand new. Very easy to hang...took my husband less than 15 minutes and most of that time was measuring and stud finding.

Love this mirror.. adds class to my modern farmhouse style. Hung it by myself yet definitely would have been easier with two people but not impossible.
We absolutely love these mirrors. These are very heavy duty mirrors. They're very stylish and look great. Very easy to install but it will take 2 people. They are heavy so you'll want to install into the stud if at all possible. They do come with some heavy duty drywall anchors if there isn't a stud where you install them. We installed them into shiplap, which I made sure to put a few screws through in to the stud behind the mirrors. Once on the wall they seem to be very sturdy. They swivel back and fourth no problem. You can not beat these mirrors for the price. Would definitely recommend.
This mirror is gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for! It’s a perfect size for our 60” vanity, easy to hang although it definitely is a two-person job to do so. I specifically wanted a pivot mirror to stick out over the trim work I had done, the most protruding piece is a 1x2 - sticks out 1 1/2” from the wall and I am still able to pivot the mirror.
We spruced up our half bath and removed the standard builder grade mirror. This mirror has a modern/clean vibe that completed the bathroom and look I was going for. It’s nice that it adjusts and is the perfect size for this bathroom which is under a stairwell and has lower ceilings. Take note of the dimensions on the smaller mirror, which is what we purchased and needed. This mirror may be too small for bigger or standard bathrooms and you need to get the larger size. The mounting style can be tricky to make sure everything is level-measure, mark and recheck before you start drilling holes. Mirror frame is solid and heavy. Overall I love it and it‘s a great look at an amazing price. Buy it!

Purchased two of these mirrors, one black one gold. They were easy to install and look really nice. One was placed in a kids bathroom and the pivot allowed for a shorter person to still be able to see in it. Up nearly 3 years now with no issue.
Light weight, quality mirrors. Easy to tilt whatever way you want. Very large surface mirror space that when tiled down all the way can be used as a full length mirror. Purchase 2 years ago for a bathroom and just purchase 2 more for another bathroom. Would highly recommend.
Be warned! It is beautiful but the measurements DO NOT INCLUDE the hardware, so if you just barely have room for the mirror, you will not have room for the hardware.

As above in title. Be aware it is very heavy and needs to be well secured on wall. It is also further away from wall than I anticipated and this can be an issue with above the mirror lights. I have to change mine. It did not have to be this far out from wall. 2 inches would have been great. Having said that, it is a nice mirror.
