Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock items, we strive to ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Shipping costs are free.
NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota or Puerto Rico. If you would like to process an order and live in these areas, please contact service@tehomemirrors.com for a custom shipping quote.
RETURN POLICIES
TEHOME accepts returns for most of our items which is within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email service@tehomemirrors.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.
Once your order has been processed, usually within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order and return policies for that particular item will prevail. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States only. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer.
Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse.
Made-to-order items and close out deals are not eligible.
Made to Order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours. Please contact service@tehomemirrors.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to make repairs by a reputable furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note once placed pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, since the made to items are produced based on each customer's specific requirement, and we are not able to re-sell to other customers.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN WINDOW
If placing an order during the Holidays (November 20th through December 24th), products which qualify for a return may be returned anytime before January 8th of the following year.
PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT WINDOW
Discounts offered during promotional periods are only available during that window of time. The discount will not be honored when orders are placed outside of the promotional window.

Great medicine cabinet mirrors. I had initially purchased the 24x36 but decided to return them since I felt they were too long for the type of light fixtures I purchased so I decided to go with the 24x30. Soft close doors with a lot of space to reduce items on counters.
Mirror arrived damaged. Customer Service phone number - no one answers. Customer service email is slow and unresponsive.
I bought one of these a couple years ago and it has held up so well. Love it so much I got another one for the next bathroom remodel. The glass shelves are sleek but durable. Great for extra storage- holds everything I need.

However, the mounting hardware supplied is inadequate to the task. The supplied screws are too short for a surface mount given the thickness of the cabinet back.

Nice looking cabinet and good quality on the outside. Inside is fine, but be aware that there is no flange to cover the rough opening. So either your drywall has to be perfect and corner-beaded, or you have to add some trim. We framed the opening with narrow lattice and painted it to match the wall.
