Lead time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock items, we strive to ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless noted otherwise. Information for lead times will be specified in each product description. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we cannot make changes to the order. Shipping costs are free.
NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota or Puerto Rico. If you would like to process an order and live in these areas, please contact service@tehomemirrors.com for a custom shipping quote.
RETURN POLICIES
TEHOME accepts returns for most of our items which is within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Please email service@tehomemirrors.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and pre-paid shipping label.
Once your order has been processed, usually within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order and return policies for that particular item will prevail. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns due to anything other than damage or defect related feedback (ex: buyers remorse or size) are responsible for paying for an order’s return shipping and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Pack your item(s) in the original manufacturer's box and use sufficient packing to prevent damage in transit. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return item(s) must have originally been shipped to the United States only. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, for us to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account, but some banks may take longer.
Returns that are damaged or not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund. If you choose to use your own postage rather than our pre-paid shipping label, we highly recommend that you include insurance and tracking information to ensure your return safely arrives at our warehouse.
Made-to-order items and close out deals are not eligible.
Made to Order items or items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns. Final sale items ending in .97 cannot be returned. Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
Sometimes warehouse mixups happen or the delivery truck took a turn too fast and we want a chance to make it right. If there is damage, do not refuse delivery, note any damage on the delivery paperwork, and reach out to customer service within 48 hours. Please contact service@tehomemirrors.com with your issue and we’ll get it sorted out. Returns due to defects or damages must be made within 14 days of delivery. We reserve the right to make repairs by a reputable furniture doctor, at our discretion, prior to issuing a return authorization.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Because the pre-ordered item has not yet reached us, we can not guarantee the exact date your item will ship. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping date but this is subject to change from the manufacturer without prior notice, however we will do our best to meet the lead time noted on the product page. Please note once placed pre-orders cannot be canceled and our normal return policy will apply.

This recessed medicine cabinet with mirror looked amazing and felt like great quality. It arrived quickly, well-packaged, and with no damage. Unfortunately, I had to return it because it didn‘t fit the opening in my wall. It was much smaller than I expected, and replacing my old mirror would have required modifying the wall. Other than the size, it looked great and felt very sturdy. If it had been a little bigger, I definitely would have kept it.

The cabinet looks great and it’s big! I love the look of it. In addition to having a black framed look, the mirror itself has a bevel or angle that adds a great touch to it. The only thing I would change if I could is make the closing less abrupt. The magnet is pretty strong so it feels a bit abrupt as it shuts. It wasn’t a deal breaker and it looks beautiful. It also gives us so much storage! I will add that the hole for it (and the cabinet itself) is a good size that we sadly looked over so our faucet was in the way. We had to shift it up and flip our lights upward in order to fit the cabinet. I would make sure you know what faucet you are using or that you have enough clearance.
This is a quility cabinet when you have a limited wall cavity. I liked the fact the mirror is square, its looks more modern plus it has a beveled mirror. After reading reviews of other cabinets, the hinges seemed to have a issue with breaking after some use. This cabinet has a continuous hinge that runs the full length of the cabinet and will never break. Very pleased and took less then five minutes to install with provided screws.

Just installed these last weekend. It was easy for my husband to install and they work out great; perfect size! Great storage.I take one star off because for some reason, when I go to open the door, it tries to close. It won’t stay open as I try to get something out of the cabinet.
